Why Do Social Security Offices Need Hollow Point Bullets?
The Social Security Administration is requesting bids for supplying 174,000 rounds of hollow-points. Earlier this summer, NOAA ordered 46,000, and DHS asked for 450 million rounds.
It's against international law for the military to use hollow points in war because they cause horrific damage to whatever they hit. But it's okay for the military and police -- and now various government employees -- to use them domestically. Good to know!
