this could be done on the cheap, all you need is access to the movie The War Room, upload to a computer, edit, and upload to YouTube. Not just anyone could do this, be plenty of people have those skills, not exactly a tiny elite.

Really, 0 through 4 — the initiator, the editor, the sock puppets, and the “good friend” could all be the same person.

However, since it seems reasonable that the “good friend” is know to the A list — otherwise, why the deafening silence on this — I think there have to be multiple people involved. And the question that implies is whether there was plausible deniability for all the links the chain. I’m guessing yes.
