We need change but proven change. We need to go back to what worked 200 years ago. Individuals working hard and helping each others by choice not force!

The choices aren't by any means mutually exclusive. I'd choose at least three out of the five.

[Tom] Cole [R-OK], who admits Republicans hurt themselves in 2006 with scandals and out-of-control spending, said the poll confirmed for him a comment he heard this week from a Republican colleague. Speaking of the Democrats, he said, "My God, they're dragging themselves down to our level."

Both parties should (but won't) be properly shamed by the truth of this.

It's a fair bet that he was saying this to pass the blame for the Repubs' deficit disaster onto the Dems, but still....
