Why isn't Jon Corzine in jail?

Because the 1%, and especially 1% Obama bundlers, never go to jail.

They have impunity from the rule of law, exactly as if this were a Banana Republic. Underwear on the outside, anybody?

UPDATE And this is interesting:

Regulators are focusing their attention on the Chicago operations of MF Global, where customer accounts were overseen.

My kind of town...

Kind of surprising that it took this long for the rest of the country to catch on. Wouldn't it be funny if it turned out that MF Global Chicago, Corzine and Obama were somehow related? For all we know, Corzine just assumed that MF Global's clients wanted to give all of their money to Obama's superpacs. He just didn't ask them first.

I'm sure they'll all be onboard before November.
