You have GOT to be Kidding -- Noonan Wants to Weight Votes?

Crooks and Liars has the video (which I can't get to play) of Peggy Noonan, last Thursday on "Morning Joe." She says an 18-year-old's vote shouldn't count as much as a 70-year-old business owner's.
In fact, she's all about the anti-GOTV.

Wouldn't it make more sense...

... to return to the original intent of the Framers, and make voting rights depend on the possession of property? (And while we're at it, restore their definition of property as well...) We could update this, so that those who did well in the market got more weight to their vote, possibly with an adjustment for those salaries, bonuses and commissions.

the entire media does.

she's a fool, like all the rest of them. if they had their way, no one would vote at all--the media and DC Village would simply install a president.
